The new bit of technology Apple just released is really nothing more than A minor update of the 2nd Generation Ipod Touch. Many fans and current users of the second generation Ipod touch were surprised and upset when the new version did not have a camera, but the nano did. The only major Imporovement(s) are the voice command (aloows you to command you Ipod Touch using your voice, with commands like 'Play' 'next' 'pause'), and the new built in Microphone.
Now, going inside the Ipod for inner-feature reviews, this small piece of work (Height:
4.3 inches (110 mm) Width:2.4 inches (61.8 mm) Depth:0.33 inch (8.5 mm) Weight:4.05 ounces (115 grams)With a kicking Display,3.5-inch (diagonal) widescreen Multi-Touch display, 480-by-320-pixel resolution at 163 pixels per inch) really packs a punch. The new Ipod touch has been updated with a bunch of new features. There is now Peer to Peer gaming for Applications and games, A genius for your apps, which looks at your current ones and determines which ones you should get when you think about downloading more, The ability to buy movies, tv shows, and books (versus the 2nd and 1st gen's song only downloading), and a landscape keyboard (activated by flipping your Ipod Touch to the side) with cut, copy, and paste.
Small features include...
-Stereo Bluetooth
-Spotlight Search
-Shake to Shuffle (Finally)
-Automatic Wi-Fi login
-Parental controls
-Accessibility for people with disabilities
Overall, I have to give this Product a 4/5 stars. It delivers well, but lacks some features and major upgrades that should have been done.
